His career has included leadership roles across public higher education, academic administration, and complex university environments, culminating in executive-level responsibility for institutional finance and operations.
Throughout his career, Travis has focused on connecting financial strategy with institutional mission and student success. His leadership approach emphasizes transparency, accountability, collaboration, data-informed decision-making, and the responsible stewardship of institutional resources. He is particularly interested in helping colleges and universities move beyond viewing finance simply as a budgeting function and toward using financial intelligence as a strategic tool for institutional sustainability and effectiveness.
